These Terms of Sale govern the sale of the digital products offered by École Lumina on this site to anyone consulting it or placing an order on it, hereinafter “the Customer”.
Placing an order constitutes full and unreserved acceptance of these terms, in the version in force on the day of the order.
The products are published and sold by DigiGrowth Solutions Inc., a company incorporated in Canada, whose registered office is at 579D - 2967 Dundas St. W., Toronto, ON M6P 1Z2, Canada, trading under the École Lumina brand.

The products are educational content for hobby learning, provided as digital files (PDF) and, where applicable, as videos accessible online. No product is shipped physically.
The descriptions, tables of contents and illustrations shown on the sales pages are given in good faith; minor differences in layout may exist between the preview and the file delivered.
The products constitute neither professional advice, nor medical advice, nor any guarantee of results.
Prices are shown on the order page, in the currency stated there, taxes included where applicable.
École Lumina may change its prices at any time; the price applied is the one displayed at the moment the order is confirmed.
If your bank applies a currency conversion or currency-related fees, these remain your responsibility and are not a matter for the Seller.
The order is confirmed after payment, made by credit card or via PayPal, through a secure payment provider. No payment card details are collected or stored by École Lumina.
After the initial order, additional products may be offered to you in one click, reusing the payment method you have just used. Each offer clearly states its price before any charge, and each may be declined with no consequence for the order already paid.
The Seller may refuse or cancel an order in the event of suspected fraud, an invalid payment method or a manifest error in the displayed price; any amount charged is then refunded in full.
The digital files are delivered immediately after payment, by email and by download link or online access link.
If you receive nothing within the following minutes, check your spam folder and then write to contact@ecolelumina.com: we will deliver again, with no conditions and no delay.
The Customer has 30 days from the purchase to request a full refund, on simple request by email and without having to justify it. The details are set out in our Refund Policy.
As the products are supplied immediately, the Customer expressly requests, by confirming the order, that the supply of the digital content begin at once, and acknowledges that they thereby lose the statutory right of withdrawal provided for digital content supplied without a tangible medium. The 30-day commercial guarantee described above is granted to them voluntarily instead, and it does not limit any other mandatory protection of their country of residence.
All content of the site and of the products (text, illustrations, plates, videos, trademarks and logos) is protected by copyright and remains the property of DigiGrowth Solutions Inc..
The purchase grants the Customer a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence of use.
The following are prohibited in particular: resale, sharing, public posting, distribution to a group, printing for distribution, automated extraction of the content and use of the content to train an artificial intelligence system.
The Customer declares that they are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to place an order.
The Customer undertakes to provide accurate information, in particular a valid email address, which alone ensures delivery.
The following are prohibited: unauthorized access to the site or to the reading areas, automated data collection, any attempt to circumvent access controls and any action liable to disrupt the service.
The site is available continuously, subject to interruptions related to maintenance, updates or a technical incident at one of our providers.
The Seller cannot be held liable for unavailability resulting from force majeure, an operator outage or an event beyond its reasonable control.
The content is educational. Results depend on the work, the consistency and the circumstances of each person. No particular result is promised or guaranteed.
The testimonials and examples published describe individual experiences and are not a prediction of your results.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Seller's liability may not exceed the amount actually paid by the Customer for the product concerned.
The Seller is not liable for indirect damages, in particular loss of data, loss of time or loss of profit.
None of these limitations applies in the event of gross or intentional misconduct, nor where the law of your country provides otherwise.

The Seller may amend these terms at any time. The version applicable to an order is the one published on this page at the moment the order is confirmed.
In the event of any difficulty, the Customer is invited to write to contact@ecolelumina.com in order to seek an amicable solution before taking any action.
These terms are governed by the law of the Province of Ontario (Canada), without depriving the Customer of the mandatory protections of their country of residence, nor of the right to bring proceedings before the competent court of their place of domicile where the law grants them that right.
